Bad email habits are very difficult to break; especially for a non-native speaker in an international work environment who routinely receives email from other non-native speaking colleagues that are filled with mistakes.
Since even small communication errors can cause expensive problems, it is important to learn how to write emails that help you and your firm avoid those mistakes and communicate clearly and effectively.
This 5-hour intensive seminar starts with the basics and ends with dealing with communication problems to give you and your staff a thorough email skills “tune up.” You will learn and practice the key language for communicating clearly and effectively through email with colleagues, clients, and other business contacts.
Each hour segments focuses on knowledge and practice using it needed for one email skill. Individual and active learning exercises such as role plays, pair work, group work, and even games assure you can use the skills you acquire when you return to your workplace.
