This 5-hour intensive seminar starts with the basics and ends with learning how to deal with disruptive participants. You will learn and practice the key language for conducting meetings with colleagues, clients, and other business contacts.
Each hour segments focuses on the knowledge needed and practice using it for one essential skill when leading a meeting. Individual and active learning exercises such as role plays, pair work, group work, and even games assure you can use the skills you acquire when you return to your workplace.
In this seminar, you will :
* learn how to improve your performance as the leader of meetings in English;
* learn how to reduce conflict and confusion in discussions that are complex or political.
* practice speaking in English plus individual correction and feedback;
* learn and practice active listening techniques.
* learn English expressions that will eliminate or reduce cross-cultural misunderstandings.
** Participants will practice the language and skills learned in one-on-one role play exercises and larger group exercises.
** Participants will earn and practice the language and skill taught in individual, one-to-one, and group exercises.
