BEST Seminar : Taming Your Phone
This 5-hour intensive seminar starts with the basics and ends with dealing with communication problems to give you and your staff a thorough telephone skill “tune up.” You will learn and practice the key language for communicating clearly and effectively on the telephone with colleagues, clients, and other business contacts.
Each hour segments focuses on knowledge and practice using it needed for one telephone skill. Individual and active learning exercises such as role plays, pair work, group work, and even games assure you can use the skills you acquire when you return to your workplace.
At the end of the seminar, you will be able to :

* route the call to the proper person;
* take, leave, and deliver a message;
* make and confirm arrangements;
